The many B2B post-sales roles (support, customer success, solutions, product) end up buying and stitching together many tools including a support system, customer success platform, product marketing tool, knowledge base, product feedback tool, AI support product, and omnichannel integrations. None of them work together.

Our Roots
Advith and Robert met at Caltech and then later met Marty during the Kleiner Perkins Fellowship. The three founders started as software engineers at companies like Airbnb, Samsara, and Affinity, before starting the company together.
Discovery
The initial insight came after we noticed the emerging trend of chat-based platforms like Slack Connect and Microsoft Teams partially replacing email in B2B comms, and how that broke most existing post-sales workflows.
That led us down the path to discover the mess that B2B teams deal with today.
