With Aashish's shipping speed and infrastructure expertise, we're going to be shipping features even faster and scaling to meet the needs of more and more customers.

Aashish is joining us after time at Samsara and Opal Security.

Fun fact: Aashish was the FIRST person I gave a yes to when interviewing engineers at Samsara and sat a desk over from me pre-pandemic!

Why did you join Pylon?

I'm really excited to join Pylon as a software engineer! Pylon has been on a tear recently - growing really fast while also shipping an incredible product. Every single person at Pylon is amazing at what they do, and has been able to accomplish so much in such a short period of time, and I'm really excited to join this team. Pylon is using new technologies (including AI) to transform the customer support/success industry, and the growth is showing that customers have really liked this new approach.

What Olympic sport would you compete in?

Gotta be cycling for me - I'm a weekend cyclist and love to bike around the city to commute or through Marin for long rides.
