We're very excited for Mei Mei to be joining Pylon as our Operations Manager after spending time at Gem and Better.

Mei Mei will be helping keep the company afloat across a whole set of functions - including onboard new employees, organize events, build legal and HR processes, and more 🚀

Why did you join Pylon?

The product, growth trajectory, and people. Robert and I have been friends for nearly a decade, and his love and dedication for Pylon are contagious. Transparency is something I value greatly from leadership, and all founders exceeded my expectations in this category. Plus who wouldn’t want to work with folks as amazing as the Pylon team? This will be my third startup, and I’m excited to build processes and help scale Pylon quickly and sustainably.

What are three random facts about you?

  • I maintain my Duolingo streak religiously!
  • I play fantasy football and grew up a Chiefs fan
  • I grew an inch since graduating college (5’2 to 5’3)
