We're very excited for Dan to be joining Pylon as our first customer success manager. Dan has a very unique background for the role - having studied computer science at Stanford, been a forward deployed engineer at Palantir, and then a consultant at McKinsey.
In his first week Dan's already been able to bring a lot of structure to our post sales process and get us started on a previously elusive proactive motion
Why did you join Pylon?
B2B is the largest category of software. Within B2B, Enterprise AI startups are some of today’s fastest growing companies. Most B2B software require some degree of human support (via roles like the FDE, SE, SA, EM, IM, and CSM) to deploy, drive value, or account manage - which is distinct from the B2C motion. Pylon is the pioneering platform designed specifically for B2B support. I am joining Pylon to shape the future of how B2B companies support and deliver impact for their customers
