Why did you join Pylon?
With a career as a Product Support Engineer, it's such an exciting opportunity to help build the next generation of best in class support tooling that I use on a daily basis! After working with legacy support tools throughout my career, it is apparent that there are plenty of gaps in existing products and innovation is lacking - it's clear that Pylon is truly breaking the mold and redefining what is possible in this space. The founders, team, and product vision won me over very quickly!
