Projects & Tasks Let AI automatically create tasks for you based on customer signals. Tasks can be grouped into projects, so you can operationalize processes like onboarding, migrations, and more.
AI Call Followups AI extracts action items from call recordings and creates tasks in your shared customer portal automatically.
