Super excited to have his experience doing scaled CS at Segment and being a CSM at Monte Carlo and several other places to help us build our CS engine.

Why did you join Pylon?

I've worked in Customer Success for a number of years in Ireland, working for US startups, so when I moved to California and the opportunity to work for one directly in San Francisco, where everyone is in house and onsite was very appealing . After my onsite and meeting a few members of the team, I'm really excited with the potential of Pylon, as well as the chance to work with great people and build a top class Customer Success Motion.

What is your favorite hobby?

I'm an avid Formula 1, following Mclaren.
